As we head towards Lockdown 2.0 we know there will be many anxieties and concerns but we wanted to reassure all of our customers that OVL Group remains open for business and will be fully available to support you during this next challenging time.
Early conversations with our dealer groups and collection agencies indicate that contactless deliveries and collections will continue during the November lockdown, albeit at a slightly reduced capacity. Our dealer network have confirmed that workshops will stay open and all finance companies are open for maintenance and customer service issues. The lessons learnt from the previous lockdown and the processes implemented as a result, provide reassurance that the impact of this lockdown will be greatly reduced.
