Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 
2. The prize draw is being run by OVL Group Ltd  

Eligibility to enter 

1. Employees of OVL Group Ltd may not enter the prize draw 
2. Anyone (excluding OVL Group employees) can enter the prize draw but the prize of the driving experience has restrictions and these must be adhered to. If the winner of the prize does not meet these requirements the experience may be gifted to an eligible family member/friend/colleague. 
3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 
4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. 
5. The prize draw is free to enter. 
6. One prize is on offer to one winner.

9.     Simply fill out the entry form – all entries will be included on our marketing email lists. 

1. OVL will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

The prize 

1. The prize will be one supercar experience at a top UK race track. 
2. OVL’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. 
3. The winner will be drawn at random 
4. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
5. The decision of OVL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Winner announcement 

1. The winner will be notified after 22 October 2022 via the email provided during subscription. 
2. OVL will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 
3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and OVL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

Receipt of the prize 

1. Once the winner replies to the confirmation email OVL will email the prize voucher within 3 working days. 

Data protection and publicity 

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by OVL for the purposes of administering the prize draw
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at sales@ovl.co.uk
3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via OVL. 
4. An announcement of the winners first name will be made via OVL’s social media platforms and website. 
5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with OVL’s privacy notice. 

Limitation of Liability 

1. OVL does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General 

1. OVL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 
2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
